The young, dynamic and creative Irene Safari joined the company in 2014 as a sales and marketing associate to lead Goldwyne Consult pioneering efforts to develop a high-end quality service delivery and drive sales in the real estate industry. She has overseen the company’s inception, growth, expansion and its rapid capture of a growing countrywide customer base. She is an intellectual, problem solver, a team player, very creative and an advocate for service quality management and customer focus.
Having worked in different companies, Irene has more than 5 years of progressive experience in the service and real estate industry. She began her career whereshe held a variety of marketing, public relations and sales roles and later joined insurance company as a sales executive.
Significantly, she has overseen the company’s progressive expansion throughout Mombasa and other counties nationwide. When Goldwyne Consult acquired the management of KMA Mtwapa estate in 2016 and 2017, Irene became the administrator and direct estate manager of the estate. Her aggressive personality made her work effortlessly towards making sure the sales growth of the estate in terms of clientele increased.
Sheserves on the management as the overall Sales and Marketing Manager for Goldwyne Consult and holds aBachelor’s Degree (honors) and a Master’s Degree in Marketing from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. She is also a professional marketer and a member (M1245/MSK) of the Marketing Society of Kenya under the Society Act CAP 108.
